JMPF First Post

Welcome to the first post on this blog for the Japan Muslims Peace Federation.

In February 29th 2008 (Friday), a peaceful demonstration was staged in front of the Denmark's Embassy in Tokyo by 38 Islamic Organizations of Japan, under the umbrella of Japan Muslims Peace Federation (JMPF). The participants of the event were from different parts of the world, varying in color and race, speaking different language, observing different Fiqh, having different cultural backgrounds, different professions (students, researchers, businessmen, religious organizations, Imam of Masjid, laborers, white-color job-holders), etc. The only thing common in them was that all of them were MUSLIMS. Subhan Allah.

We always hear and say that if Muslims will combine then they can do this or they can do that and list goes on and on...
Alhamdulillah, this protest was the first spark that initiated the idea of having a federation for all Muslim associations in Japan, to be the umbrella that represents and combines all Muslims of Japan.

The objective of the JMPF is to protect the fame of the prophet Muhammad (SAW) on the Denmark issue, and then in future to work on any cause that helps in uplifting the image of Muslims. We shall work of unity of Muslims and present the real sense of Islam to the world.
